Paquette Powers Through with No Complaints
For the 2017-18 season, the New Paltz men’s basketball team has adopted a “no complaining” rule and even in the face of extreme adversity, third-year guard Nick Paquette has remained a shining example. Fentanyl Overdoses Rise at Rapid Clip
The death-rate of synthetic opiates, such as fentanyl, rose 72.2 percent from 2014 and has continued to rise, according to the Center for Disease Control. NPPD Makes Arrest After Alleged Fraudulent Cab Incidents
Ayman Aboueida, 47, of Kingston was arrested on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at around 5 p.m. and charged with the following; one count of forcible touching, a class A misdemeanor, one count of attempted forcible touching, a class B misdemeanor and one count of harassment second as a hate crime, a class B misdemeanor. Fun festival raises money for YMCA kids program
Each year the YMCA kids program holds Dragon Boat Festivals as one of their major fundraisers. This piece covers the event taking place in Oswego for the second year in 2013.
